How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact Us First
To begin a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at info@floravincia.com with your order number and a brief reason for your request. Our team will reply with instructions and next steps. -
Return Your Item
Once your return/exchange request is approved and you receive the return address and instructions from us, please send the product back within 7 days of our approval. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can only process a refund or exchange once the returned item has been received.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Inspection & Refund/Exchange Processing
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
Once approved, we will either:

Issue an exchange item, or

Initiate a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive email updates when your return is received and when your refund or exchange is processed.
Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached.

Items must be returned within the specified time frame.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
Debbire will gladly accept returns for defective items. However, the following conditions do not qualify as defects:

Damage due to wear, washing, self-repair, or modifications
Please note that items sent to you as an exchange for another item are not eligible for a further refund once delivered.
Important Notes

If your delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information (incomplete/incorrect address, wrong contact details, etc.), we may not be able to issue a refund. Please double-check your order information before shipment.
